I think thoughts and emotions are part of the collective consciousness and surely affect the world around us. Positive energy creates more of the same, without a doubt and the reverse is also true. I'm not sure I can buy the idea that we have the focus to observably affect water on a molecular level, but I don't wholly reject it.
