Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Junmai Daiginjo sake
- ½ ounce gin
- ¼ ounce lemon juice
- ¼ fresh peach
- 1 teaspoon lemongrass syrup
- ice cubes
Directions:
- Muddle the peach in a cocktail shaker.
- Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
