The meal that gave them a taste of Hawaii and would change their life (and their marriage) forever.
- 4-5 pounds rib eye steak
- 1 bottle of Hawaiian Guava wine
- ½ cup onion, minced
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- Tenderize the steak using a fork.
- In a large bowl, place wine, onion, garlic and steaks. Marinate for at least 3 hours.
- Place on grill and cook as desired.
- Serve with Tasty Asparagus.
