Fromage By Any Other Name

From Wikipedia and other web sources.

Cheese making is an art form, an ancient food that predates recorded history. It’s usually made from the milk of cows, buffalo, goats, and sheep but other varieties include milk from deer, llamas, and yaks. For optimum flavor, bring cold cheese to room temperature prior to eating. Cheese should not be stored with strong-smelling foods as it will absorb the aroma of whatever is around it.
